Our second project for the Hauser & Wirth LA family found us in the kitchen, so to speak. Strong ties to local farms have been built, along with chickens, herbs and veggies in the nearby garden. The restaurant's namesake (and spirit animal) is Manuela Wirth. We grabbed a handful of inspiration for the tangential brand items from the history of the building, which once housed the Globe Mills Flour company.
